IEI exceeds the requirements of FAR 9.104 by maintaining the following:

Outstanding organization, experience, accounting and operational controls and technical skills, or the ability to obtain them. |

Required production, construction, and technical equipment and facilities, or the ability to obtain them; |
|
All other qualifications required to receive an award under applicable laws and regulations. |
